  1. Water

The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-burning process. Water will wash out unnecessary toxins from the body helping organs function better, toning the muscles, and moisturizing the skin.

There is a whole lot of misconception about how much water one should drink! Make sure you differentiate the thirst and hunger because most of the time we eat in between when all we need is just water.

Another important point is timing! Rather than drinking a lot of water just before or after food and impairing the digestion process, it’s good to sip hot water. In between major meals, one can drink water to cut hunger pangs.

Was referred by a friend Aparna Thakur who did the weight loss program and was very satisfied with mental and physical results-want to know more about it and also let me know where in Bangalore and Kerala I can avail of this program. If I can go for a retreat that will be the best option. I live in US but would like to gift myself this package in India. I am not overweight but not right weight either. I eat quite healthy but am a social wine drinker.
